Just wait until they start biting people infected with Delta variant and pass it on to birds and other wild creatures for more mutation fun and games. Beware the zombie rabbit hordes!

Only recently has Alaska faced this phenomenon. Warmer temperatures. More unfrozen water. Global warming.
Not enough food source. So they swarm and can attack with great numbers.
It's science.

Like a disaster Turducken you just know an irate god is getting creative with how to combine as much crazy shiat as possible into a single package. Floods, hurricanes, bees, wildfires, lightning strikes, Pat Sajack, mosquitoes, tornadoes, midgets knights in armor etc. It's all happening

Kamchatka tastes like hate.  it tastes like what you think of when you hear 'anal glands'.  it is the sweat off Satan's ball sack.  it is what alcoholics drink out of self loathing.  it is worse than Propel.

1 mosquito can lay 200 eggs. From larvae to adult in 10 days. More unfrozen water sources mean more mosquitoes. There is more unfrozen water now than there was 10 years ago.

I'm getting itchy just looking at that.

60 minutes says Climate Change is in fact to blame for the mosquito explosion

However, the area is already known for mosquitoes, to the point that the Gulags could execute a man by tying him up and leaving him to the mosquitoes.

/fark that.

The newly unfrozen permafrost and tundra of the northern climes is going to be nigh unbearable without the right gear. It is goddamn unreal. Unless you've been there it's hard to describe

Ok we're screwed.

The last 3 years there have been mega fires threatening my town. 2018 destroyed half of it. So While I'm screwed, not all of us are screwed. This isn't like nuclear winter where everything dies.

Grand Isle off the coast at Munising in the UP, never experienced anything like that before. My poor younger boy looked like pigpen with a cloud of thousands of mosquitoes around him despite being well coatedin deepwoods Off.

We're going back to the UP this summer but no way in hell are we going to that island.

No. That is reserved for my state. Florida here. Wish it wasn't. On the mosquito side... there are agencies that add chemicals to slow moving canals, as well as run off ponds. We have toxic chemical Zamboni type trucks that run up and down our streets.  Our women folk are not allowed to carry out long conversations on any wooden deck because Mosquitoes are attracted to carbon dioxide. Good Florida women understand to ZIP IT when on the deck because they can talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk

You know, for having a name like that, you sure gave away the ending, ruining the surprise.
You're going to lose all your sponsors.
