Pretty sure every day is junk food day across this great nation of ours.

I'm considering a splurge tonight. I finally have my BMI down to a normal level. I wonder if munching on some pizza will make it blow up tomorrow?

You might see a change assuming pizza isn't part of your current usual diet but honestly you should only really be looking at weekly/semi weekly trends and not fretting about the day to day assuming you are keeping to your diet most of the time and not hammering on massive binges.

My only suggestion for a "cheat" is to make it worthwhile. Order from the tastiest local place, don't opt for something like digiornos. No point in cheating if you don't go for the best imho.

from the article:

"Each year, the day permits us to chow down on the foods we usually don't include in our daily diet."

They obviously don't know Americans very well

I hear you. My son-in-law's father owns a take/bake pizza company. Their crust is good, but the toppings suck. So I picked up a couple of cheese only and bought some premium toppings to put on them. Still not sure if that's going down tonight, though. The wife's birthday is tomorrow so might wait to make them until tomorrow night.

Oddly, I was craving a Chicago dog all day yesterday, and had no idea it was national hot dog day.

Eventually broke down and assembled the closest example I could come with, with ingredients I had on hand.
