Honestly? I think that Parscale did an excellent job defrauding the 2020 Trump Campaign. Hell, I'd be inclined to give him an F-ing medal for his service to The Republic.

/ if you remember, he bought a massive house, then a truck and then a boat. Meanwhile, the campaign had no funding.

// part of that was the lack of the NRA laundering Russian donations.

All of these "brains behind the campaign" were just a guy.  Bannon.  Parscale.  Conway.  Hope Hicks.  Lewandowski.  All of them.  The sheer force of Donald Trump's carnival barker personality (promising everything for everybody if you just buy a ticket) was the only successful part of the campaign.  The rest of them could have been anybody.  You could have done what Brad Parscale did.

No, he's not the brilliant mastermind behind CamAnal.  He just said "Meh, OK" when they did all of the stuff they did without him.  You could have shrugged your shoulders and let CamAnal do its thing.  I'm actually glad that he managed to skim millions from Republican donors to buy boats and Ferraris.  That's money that went to workers instead of money that went to elect Republicans.

It's your stupid donors' money, farkwad.

In which case, I encourage Parscale to spend as much of it as he wants. The less money those assholes have, the better.

His continual churn of idiots begs the question: Why does he hire so many incompetents then allow them to muck up all his efforts?

Quality draws quality. Incompetence draws incompetence. If people below you are failures it's because you've failed them as much as they've failed you. Actual leaders and managers know this to be true.

Competence isn't nearly as valuable as obedience for certain people.

And hey: it was enough to beat Hillary, because the Clintons ALSO prioritized hiring Mark Penn types who were far better at stroking the Clintons' ego than knowing what the fark they were doing.

He was just making sure that the money wasn't spent wastefully. He didn't think Trump would win, so spending on the campaign would've just been wasting money.

And even though he fired Parscale as campaign manager, he couldn't totally fire him. Because Parscale ran the shell companies that funneled campaign donations into Trump's and Trump's family and friends pockets. He was stuck with him.

Trump in one of his "leadership" books that he "wrote" said that he makes sure he is always the smartest person in the room. He attacks the accepted standard of surrounding yourself with smarter and more knowledgeable people so that you can get good and useful advice. Trump is a farking unknowing moron, so of course he surrounds himself with even worse people.

Mr. Coffee Nerves: The GOP really missed out on a revenue stream by not doing a TV show titled "Battle of the Network Low-Rent Grifters"

In my opinion, the Trump Administration missed out on a great opportunity to do a remake of My Fellow Americans, the Dan Aykroyd movie from 1996 with Jack Lemon and James Garner.

It's the one where the one where two former presidents stop the current president from being a corrupt asshat. You could have cast Obama and W (or Clinton) as leads.

So, here we have a 'news' article about likely anonymously-sourced allegations made in a book claiming Trump called somebody stupid over a year ago which those supposedly involved deny ever happened. It's good to know the media is focused on important current events that might affect our lives.

I still remember the vid of a dejected Donny shuffling towards the White House with his tie undone. We probably should not laugh at the misfortune of others...but, it was Donny.
