If that's how it's going to be, take a number and get in line. We'll get back to you.

"Mr. Cosby was given an unwanted two-year and ten-month vacation that he never ask for. His constitutional rights were abolished, his due process was stripped away from him."

Wow, sounds like he was raped or something. Poor guy.

Just sayin',
If he was improperly incarcerated then he has a point.  I thought it was BS to have people testify against him who had no connection to the case.

I guess what I am saying here is that the prosecution in this case had no basis to bring in witnesses that did not witness anything.

Not only does crime pay, but us non crim will be paying the crim.  At the point of the  government's gun.

The only solution is to be a crim. Or work for the government.

How bad is he with money? He should have millions from Cosby Show reruns even after they were canceled. Didn't he make some money off of Leonard Part )?

Doesn't really matter how much money he has. The State farked the goat with the case.

Agreed, the state screwed up in this case. Still, that man deserves to be buried up to his neck, have his head coated in honey, and have ants poured over him.

It probably matters to some extent, because if the man's income was derived from passive sources then going to jail by definition didn't prevent him from earning a living.

My money is it never actually gets to the point of this being a relevant point of contention, though, since most likely the court is going to tell him to take a hike with this shiat almost immediately.  Even people who haven't more or less conceded their guilt under oath generally don't get any significant compensation for their time away, the state's basically under no obligation to pay them anything unless they're just feeling generous.  Like, there's usually some nominal obligation on the books, but it's invariably something the state can completely ignore on a whim and even apply some form of civil immunity to, so...

Normally this is one of those unfortunate injustices of our court system, but in this case... Ha, Ha.

So does that mean it's socially okay to listen to him again or should we just wait until he's dead?

I mean, I got burned bad the last time I tried to support him just before all of the other allegations got dumped on him, so I'm sort of reluctant.  That's okay, right?
