I wonder how Jean Smart got the old man smell out of her nostrils after kissing scenes? I mean she's starting to get up there (at 69), but Shatner is freaking 90.

Yeah but that's in Canadian years which is like 65 in American years. Because of the healthcare

In the unlikely chance I ever randomly bump into William Shatner, my plan is to say, "Hey, I know you! You're the guy who wrote TekWar".

I'd go with, "You're the guy from that movie Incubus!"  (the horror movie entirely in esperanto he did)

Shatner may be 90, but he still has a head full of completely real, luxurious hair that doesn't look like a patch of brown Astroturf.

My sources tell me it was made by Playmobil, and every morning he simply snaps it onto his exposed skull.

Mine would be: "Hey, you're that guy in the Twilight Zone episode with the creature on the wing!"

Shatner has so many fans and does so many cons, I wonder if there is one of those that he hasn't heard before or which one has been said the least.

She's working hard and it's great stuff!

Well it's probably not just her nostrils.

I have a friend who ran into him on a beach in Hawaii 30 years ago. He didn't say what he said to him but told me that without his girdle, Shatner had a huge beer belly. You'd think Farkers would be more sympathetic to the old guy because of that.

THIS.

Not because he's 90 years old. But because he's William Shatner.

I just saw her in season one of Dirty John.  She is unrecognizeable in most of it, but good.

Boomerness?  He was born in 1931, boomer gen didn't start until after WWII in 1945.  He's almost the generation BEFORE the boomers.  Might be one of those grey areas.

He has a fantastic plastic surgeon and hair management guy/gal

"Your performance in TJ Hooker set a new standard for naturalistic acting on television and was the most important influence on the Second Golden Age of Television, Captain Kirk."

I thought I remembered his hair being more...bouffant. It turns out he was in two episodes, the one I saw as a rerun in the 90s being from 1976:

He was just at Steel City Con in Pittsburgh.

He was charging $100 for an autograph and $100 for a photograph.

I'm a fan, but you're crazy, dude.

This one. The bonus is Andy Griffith plays the super asshole, and does it really well. In one scene they are both wearing red shirts. It's really bad but worth it for the Griffith parts.

Well, in his defense, there may have been some sort of photo/autograph combo deal?

But my guess is it was still a lot.
