One of the beer distributors near me has one of these.  I don't know if they rent it out or what.   I've only seen it operated by non-profit groups. (Which might just be a way to get around some of the local health department's permits, as they're free for non-profits given 2 weeks notice)

It shows up at street festivals and stuff like that.  It's probably been around for 20+ years
