1989 - Mr. Submarine Commercial - Scottie Pippen

Equal parts disappointed that the bourbon isn't called either "Mr. Submarine" or "Ladies, Let's Have a Party With This Meaty Six-Footer"

It's Bourbon Night recently did a review of celebrity whisky, to say that the quality to value ratio was terrible might be more than a bit of an understatement. Buy for what's in the bottle, not what's on it.

How do you just "launch" a Bourbon?  Doesn't it take years for it to age?  It doesn't seem like something you just dream up and then you're a Bourbon guy in a few weeks.

It's like that Scotch they found in some Antarctic exploration outpost that had been there for a hundred years.  It seems like within months they were selling some sort of equivalent, they claimed.

Probably that generic stuff made in Indiana that is bottled under various names.

MGP (midwestern grain products). Could also be a blending done with some of the Kentucky stuff that's wholesaled like MGP.

Don't worry, that other guy will want to come in and help him out.
