When do they dine in Hell?

Only when a player says that his teammates "quit" is a more damning indictment, especially in the playoffs.

Winners never quit and quitters never win.

Coach shouldn't have let them watch the Bucks the night before.

He's not wrong. They did quit.

And that is the end of the butt nuggets and their MVP this year

They just followed the script

The Suns are really good. They're probably better than the nuggets. But this is the NBA, so the only coverage is about how the losing team is full of LOSING LOSERS WHO HAVE NO HEART.

Nobody wins in the NBA. They just happen to face teams that didn't want it enough.

The Nuggets actually seemed to give up on defense at some point last night, despite only being down 10 points at the half. It was probably them realizing they couldn't keep up with the Suns player and ball movement, but still, it wasn't a good look.

I was lucky enough to be at the game.  WHAT AN ATMOSPHERE!  my voice is kinda shot today.  that barn was LOUD.  and what an asskicking.  Up by 31 at one point.  Brutal.

and, I hadn't been to a game in 28 years, and not to that building since 2017 or so.  It used to be a huge concrete bunker on the inside.  we walked in the main entrance, there's disco balls/lights, a huge, huge bar at the entrance, all glitzed out, a live DJ spinning in the corner, the floors that used to be polished but raw concrete were now Vegas-y glitter sparkle.....the walls that used to be alternate blank orange/purple now had huge murals of Suns legends and arizona themed art.  at the other end of the arena, a smaller bar, another DJ spinning.  this is not your father's America West Arena, a huge concrete box.

i said to my BIL, "this is like.....a Vegas nightclub, and oh by the way, ther's a basketball game in a minute."  You would never have guessed that building is 29.

Without Murray, they don't really have a chance if the Suns are playing like they are. Denver can steal one at home, maybe, but without Murray they never had a chance.

Well, they just finished up remodeling it. The pandemic stopping sports last year allowed them to get more of the work done than they expected to.

Y'know, I'm tempted to pay hard earned money to watch a show where Mark Cuban roasts Bayless on a daily basis.

yeah my BIL - i didn't know this, strangely - is a lifelong, HUGE suns fan.  he mentioned over the weekend how he was one of the Laker games and said he was trying to get Nugs tix.  He called me a few nights ago and said he had two, and if his pal dropped out, which was likely, it was mine if i wanted it.  sure enough it came to be.  it was pretty damn incredible, aside from the domination.  a completely different energy from football or baseball.  a great experience.

I can't embed the link but.....this was perhaps the loudest moment of hte night.  late 3rd quarter, TV timeout, they did the "show us your dance moves!" thing on the Jumbotron.  they panned to this kid, he started getting loose, panned away - the crowd booed - 3-4 people later, they went back to him.  the building went NUTS.

Enjoy.

Hint:  "The Goonies".
