Criminally insane mark-up? The UK is not the US. Nobody goes bankrupt to cover the cost of healthcare unless it's a last resort, untried/unproven/unapproved treatment. The NHS would get aspirin at cost price unless the contract was drawn up by a Tory to benefit a friend who donated to his campaign/flat refurbishment/wallet.
