A Universal Conspiracy is a lot like a regular conspiracy except that it can transmit rotation between slightly misaligned shafts.

What a Universal Conspiracy might look like

I've never given it much thought, but I've been to a few U.S. embassies in my lifetime and I can't imagine how one would "break into" one.

I could be wrong, but I get the feeling that the 'conspiracy' he's freaking out about is not Putin propping up fascists in governments around the world.

Russia has been accused of spreading and amplifying conspiracy theories online, particularly related to U.S. presidential elections, in an effort to advance its interests abroad.

Online conspiracy communities are also on the rise within Russia, including those imported from the U.S. such as QAnon.

Heh. They spread so much crap around it shouldn't be surprising that they ended up smeared with shiat too. Granted, some of the edge of the poetic justice of this situation is dulled given Putin's foreign policy has, in practice, less to do with building up Russia to its glory days as a world superpower and more about tearing everyone else down to their miserable level to normalize his regime's tyranny.

mikalmd: More telling was the side bar story of 475k " excess deaths ".. That's sad ..

Putin is far from the first Russia ruler to treat his subjects as disposable, but at least his forebearers did it with a far more favorable population growth trajectory. But that is an After-Putin problem. Anybody with the power and ambition to seriously contemplate taking on those kind of problems is currently either exiled, persecuted, or dead.

He's not from America, remember.  Christians overseas might stand a chance at being slightly more Christian than the brand we grow here.
