As long as the Trumpers don't hear it over the FOX airwaves, it never happened.

Fox News is a cancer that should have been sued or criminal-actioned into oblivion years ago.

MeidasTouch is great. I urge people to go to their YouTube channel and watch their stuff.  Around the Election they dropped some hilarious truth bombs.

A bit different from The Lincoln Project, since Meidas had equal guts, but aren't simply ex-Republicans striking back.

I like how they're talking about legal action.

I'm sure there's some kind of clause in the contract allowing Fox to do this. Hell, knowing Fox, they might even get to keep the farking money.

But I bet this is in there, buried deep, and nobody noticed it.

Come on now, this is America. Where the only thing that matters is money and the next election cycle. Who cares if people stormed the capital and killed people so as long as politicians and media organizations make money?!

Clearly that officer is the wrong color to have a valid opinion. What part of this do you not understand?

Seriously though, I've been saying "fark all republicans" for years now, and for good reason. This is just yet another example of why.
Consider the Venn diagram of republicans, religious farknuts, birthers, anti-vaxers and all of the other idiocy that is an anchor on the progress of society... and those are the honest ones. Then there are their leaders who partake in it for whatever farking reason when they know better (hint: wealth, power and privilege).

They are all the same and not to be trusted, much less bargained with.

tl;dr
Fark all republicans.

Second Amendment right for private companies to decide who they can cancel yeah, yeah, yeah...

If the Meidas Touch people wanted a strong basis for any lawsuits against Fox they could always use THIS defence.

Gather up as many examples as they can find (and there WILL be a farkload!) of video clips of Fox News commentators saying how they believe it is a breach of human rights under that Constitution for social media companies like Twitter and Facebook to ban Trump and many of his followers from their websites.

Then ask the question, "If Fox News doesn't believe that private companies have the right to ban people from commenting on their websites if the owners disagree with those people's politics, and if the Republican Ron De Santis has signed a law that bans that very thing from happening, then why are you doing the very same thing to US???"

I think I'll submit my January 6 parody lyrics to them. They got the real divine Bette Midler to do several, so maybe they can get the real Essra Mohawk to do this one. But it should also be animated in the proper style (yes, I wrote an animation script, too).

I occasionally find people who make the argument that Fox is merely concerned with ad revenues and ratings.

That having a "conservative angle" is just a means to that end.

Not true.

As we can clearly see here.

Because they don't all put white nationalism first in their lives, and some did their jobs when white nationalists attacked. Right-wing authoritarians think of police as existing to keep those people in their place. When they do their job against white terrorists, suddenly the right isn't so keen for police anymore.

It is unfathomable to think Fox News won't run an ad that condemns their viewers?
