Tasting History has surprisingly little to do with cooking.

Crispellae - Medieval Pancakes with Saffron and Honey
Youtube xoH-N1BOzXw

Historical Italian Cooking is better. But close captioning required.

Because Korean bbq and sweet and sour anything don't exist as categories of food...

Hell, you don't even need to go that far afield:

FYI - if you're not watching Tasting History with Max Miller on Youtube you are missing out on a fantastic channel that delves both into ancient recipes from across the globe, but the history behind them as well. Start with his newer content, he's definitely found his rhythm, but then go back and watch them all.

Vomitorium means "emergency exit", dammit.

/Pet peeve
//Also a great thing to replace your "EXIT" signs with.
///Especially at a restaurant
