Robert E Lee worked at a University after surrendering at Appomattox Courthouse, slaughtering 600,000 Americans to defend slavery.

I'd say that he took his capstone investigation and shiat on it.  It make him Shiat.  Fark him.  He is just another coward ass republican trying to keep the "good ol boy" network alive.  I want him and his descendants nuetered.

Mueller was not the problem with the Mueller investigation.

The problem was the Republicans in charge of it.

What exactly do you want him to have done, when the Traitor and traitor Bill Barr had both made it very clear that he would not be allowed to follow the evidence where it led, or indict the Traitor regardless?

Now his "performances" before Congress, on the other hand...

Ishkur: Mueller was not the problem with the Mueller investigation.

The problem was the Republicans in charge of it.

He put people in jail and circled a couple of unnamed conspirators.  As he did his investigation his boss got fired.  That boss's replacement stopped the investigation immediately and 4 weeks later issued a completely fabricated account of the investigation.

Mueller offered only facts he uncovered.  Maybe he could have jumped on a table and screamed about "individuals" or the limitations of the  "purview" of his investigation and the things he suspected but couldn't prove before he was shut down.  But the anger in this thread shoild be directed at Bill Barr, Donald Trump, and the tens of millions of voters who also should know this but are ignorant and voted for him anyway.

I don't know what to think about Robert Mueller. I believe we won't learn the truth of what happened behind the scenes in his investigation for at least five years or when all the bad actors are dead or the statute of limitations has passed.

As much as Republicans are at fault here, there's no denying that Mueller had a microphone and a pulpit and the eyes of the world on him, and instead of definitively saying that Trump did all the crimes and more, he fumbled around like a confused grandpa in an unfamiliar grocery store.

If he *didn't* intentionally sandbag America, he's too feeble-minded to be living on his own, much less teaching at a university.

And when Barr was waddling around the talk show circuit and lying about the report, did Mueller do any interviews to push back on that firehose of traitorous bullsh*t?

He did not. He disappeared from public view and let Barr lie his fat ass off for weeks, uninterrupted by the truth.

F*ck Robert Mueller.

There were quite a few people who failed miserably to protect the country during the Trump administration, but none failed so pathetically and miserably than Mueller. What a farking chump he turned out to be.

I agree that he could have been stronger by being more vocal about the limits of his investigation (and by violating the nondisclosure agreement in the terms of whatever employment contract he signed).

If Garland's staff isn't already knee deep in Mueller's ass right now, then that's on Garland, too.

Except where he declined to uncover facts in the first place.

"Third, we considered whether to evaluate the conduct we investigated under the Justice Manual standards governing prosecution and declination decisions, but we determined not to apply an approach that could potentially result in a judgment that the President committed crimes."

He closed any avenue of investigation that could potentially find a crime committed by Trump. That was a decision he made from the outset.

Of course the final report card students receive won't have any real scores, just a summary that there was probably some learning involved somewhere.

In the late 1990s Isaac Asimov's son was arrested for child porn, found when his computer got repaired. The Sonoma County DA said there were thousands of tapes containing "everything imaginable including animals".

Then the Feds took over the case, under Robert Mueller, and he got house arrest for two charges.

Hahaha.  All you Mueller haters can suck it.
He did his report.  He got an A on it.  Congress, the people who were supposed to read it, got an F.
They failed the student on purpose, because it wasn't the report they wanted.

I think it's precious how all you rich white guys think that he could have done more.  You've never been harassed and shut down by a bunch of people who just don't want to listen to what you might say, no matter how dead-on it might be.

Politics nd Trump hasn't taught you a thing, has it?  Still full of your own hubris.  Just like all those jackasses in Washington who are so busy throwing their weight around.  You could do it better!

Ask a woman how easy it is to just be completely shut down by power-hungry rich farks.  She knows.  The rest of you are full of shiat.

We've been over this 20 times.  He was not allowed to list the crimes.  According to Barr, there could be no crimes by a President.  Catch-22.

I remember that from when it was going on.  Why can't you?

Mueller maybe knows what it's like to tangle with crazy people.  He didn't need his life ruined by a bunch of criminals who would stop at nothing to keep the truth from coming out.

Now he's the enemy.  You simpletons.  Life isn't that simple.
Black/white thinking is a sign of mental illness.
