Walking a bit of a tightrope though.

Lionsgate signed Johnson to an exclusive contract that will keep him away from Star Wars forever?

Regardless of the cast I may have to watch his awful Foghorn Leghorn accent for the sheer trainwreck of it.

They got Peter Frampton?

On the contrary, he's apparently still making his trilogy of films. Which is great since The Last Jedi was easily the best part of the new trilogy.

Low bar, but it can't even clear that.

Knives Out was a good enough movie, but not everything needs a sequel.  The fact that it is just Craig makes it better if still unnecessary.

We'll just have to agree to disagree about... well, all of that, really.

...Edward Norton

*tire screech sudden stop*

Is he gonna same shiat he does in every f*cking production and try to rewrite the goddamned script to fit *his* artiste sensibilities?
That motherf*cker has derailed more than one film.

I dearly want him to have a completely different, but still outrageously over the top, accent and no one mentions it at all.

Disney isn't going to give him the keys to anything Star Wars again.  lol.  Some people can't accept it, however time has born that out.

Brilliant. I love this idea.

This... is a good thing.

I haven't seen Antebellum yet (still on my list), but I thought she did an excellent job in Season 2 of Homecoming.

And they've already signed Dave Bautista, who I think outclasses Dwayne Johnson for acting chops. I just hope he keeps growing as an actor, because he has the potential to do some amazing things in his future.

Plus... I really liked the first one, so I'm already on board.

I wanted to finish Knives Out but the woman constantly puking was so disgusting I had to turn it off. I know it's good but I can't deal with that much puke.

The accent Daniel Craig has in knives out is similar in sillyness to the one he has for Logan Lucky and he is just as delighful in that too. I think i left the theater and came home to immediately put logan lucky on to watch

*ahem*

Oh fark yes - they just announced Kathryn Hahn too! I like that they're really going for all of my crushes here. I don't even care what these people will be saying. They could just stand and stare dramatically for two hours.

Still think Ready or Not was the better Clue / Murder by Death-like movie to come out that year, but Knives out was definitely a good, fun movie and I'm all for a sequel. Really, I'm for whatever gets us fun murder mysteries or hijinx in a mansion, preferably on a stormy night, not enough of those movies.

This is true. Loved Last Jedi since seeing it in theaters. Don't care about all the hate that it gets, enjoyed the hell out of the movie. Could've done with out the Casino bit, but whatever.

Looked forward to that movie and was going to rent it shortly after it released one night with a friend over. My friend advised against it after the reviews he'd read. Glad I saved the rental money (probably $15 - $20 at the time) and watched it when it came out on Hulu instead. The movie is......not good and the twist has been seen before, feel like if I mentioned the movie or the director it would give it away. Janelle Monae puts in a decent performance but the story is just weak.
