If it became a cream cheese pizza thing like the article mentioned then I want a smoked salmon cream cheese pizza.

This stuff kinda reminds me of Ian's Pizza in Madison, Wisconsin. I went there last almost 20 years ago. Chicken Cordon Bleu pizza, ridiculous pizza. Wash it down with Spotted Cow. Good stuff.

Then I was in South Korea almost 15 years and they had crazy tasty pizzas.

If you treat pizza as flatbread, the possibilities are endless.

Pineapple.  One of the few foods that 'eats you' while you're eating it.  What's not to like about it?

And it's an appropriate analogy - it gets your protein, you get some sugar. WHOOOOO!

Forgive me, for some reason I immediately thought "grapefruit"

Try hummus and gingersnaps.

I don't think pineapple is an abomination, I know it.

When I was quite young I caught part of a movie involving a kid who would eat strange food combinations (?).
I have a memory of a scene where he puts "maple syrup on frozen pizza".

Try those Morningstar veggie breakfast sausages with twice grilled plantain and avocado on a decent bread or kaiser roll. It is delicious.

/ not a veggie but love good food and twice fried plantain is just awsewome.

I had never heard of "Chicken and Waffles" until all of a sudden it's cool, an then often credited to Southern cooking for some reason (I would say blamed, myself). Never tried it, probably never will.

I open the newspaper this morning (newspaper - it's a weird old fashioned way of reading information) and there's an article and recipe for *gag*, "Shrimp and Waffles."

Maple syrup is fantastic as a curry ingredient, and I can see the pizza idea.
Make a nice thin, soured, pizza crust, riccotta instead of sauce and mozza, 550 F to crisp, finish with ice cream and real Maple syrup. basically a cannoli variant.

Now curry as part of toppings on a pizza, I'm for that. There's a place near me that sells curry-based pizzas. Sadly, the crusts are premade and forgettable, but the topping combinations are really good.
