To my wife and the love of my life:  The best day in my life:  when I got her and when I got free of her.

That's an old joke, but I'll allow it because I love antiques and jokes that remain funny no matter how many years you've heard them.

But for me, it will just be a Tuesday.

(If he sells that on a Tuesday, I'm totally going back to this)

If it flies, floats, or farks.

Lease it

I'm surprise he and Giselle settle for that.

They're cool and all but one things that always bothers me about these giant yachts is the lack of deck space to hang out outdoors. Even mega-yachts seem to be like that. I mean, you're on a giant yacht in the ocean on a beautiful day and you want to hang out on a couch in the cabin? What's the point.

If he wants to lay on a comfy couch and look out on the ocean through a window, he already owns a beach house.

That's not that big of a deal for him, his wife could buy him that as a Father's Day gift.

To showcase how rich you are. In places like Monoco and Antibes there are some big boats that go out to sea maybe one or two weeks a year only. Doesn't matter about deck space if you are barely using anyhow.

FTFA:
"The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback was revealed to be one of the buyers of a new Wajer 77 yacht via a company livestream last week. Apparently, Brady is upgrading from another yacht from the same company, the Wajer 55 S."

The most likely scenario is that Wajer *gave* him the boat and paid him 6 million dollars for all this free publicity. I doubt that Brady and/or his wife paid a single cent for this boat.

That's because their owners are too busy out there creating jobs for the rest of us. They deserve those yachts.

Very

doubtful. Wajer is privately held but probably has about $60 million in annual revenues based on their employee count and the number of boats they sell. Typical profit margins are 7% to 10% and giving away a free boat (ie 10% off the top) would push the margin to -3% to 0%. They might be abnormally profitable given their niche but it's still not likely that they would just give away a $6 million boat. The impact on cash flow would be dire.

That said, they might give Brady a very good deal on a purchase or lease it to him for a year or two at very favorable terms. But are they going to give him a free boat? No.

Ridiculous. They're literally in existence to make money off the rich.
