Rag Doll, deltoid's kind floppy
I think the nurse was kind sloppy
Next vax, you're gonna see me back here in a week or four

Next dose, I'm feeling kinda pukey
No sweat, I did my public duty
No mask, you gonna see me walkin' in through your front door (front door)

TBH, I always thought that song was misinterpreted; Ask yourself: Who is Steven Tyler's one true love?

That's right, Steven Tyler.

With that in mind, "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" is really just another song about insomnia.

Good. Aerosmith's best albums were when they were involved with needles.

NikolaiFarkoff: /fark the armageddon soundtrack

Just rewatched it with my wife and the soundtrack was the best part of the movie.

Does Dr. Fauci know that Aerosmith is a band, and not someone who is going to work on his bi-plane?

There is no best part of that movie, only grades of worse.

I totally agree, yet I also stand by my original comment.

There's a trifecta in there somewhere; but I'll be damned if I can figure out what it is.

A Harvard neuroscientist is leading a conversation about brain health and rock stars with Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry. Soprano Rene Fleming is participating in a panel discussion on the role of music in treating cardiac patients. Supermodel Cindy Crawford has a slot to talk about "beauty from the inside out,"

wtf? Are they even trying to have a serious conference?

I bet you look like a lady.

I figure the Pope is more of a Mötley Crüe fan. I'm sure he has no problem singing along to "Shout at the Devil."

Dr. Fauci is pretty smart.  If he needs to call in Aerosmith to convince people to wear masks, he's calling in Aerosmith to get people to wear masks.

Steve Tyler and Joe Perry have both described themselves as old-school conservative Republicans. Look for them to join Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney on the Trumper's shiat list.

So, it's back to the dark ages, when we had to go through the Pope to get people to listen and do what's good for them.

2021-05-06 5:13:10 PM
Fauci lies about masks, you still believe him.  Fauci lies about how the trump skin was handling the pandemic saying they were great , you believe him . Fauci lies about funding gain of function research, you still believe him.  Fauci lies all the time and you still use him as a trusted source.  So who's really stupid the republicans or you?

If the organizers don't seat the pope and Steven Tyler side-by-side, they have failed.

Also, any sources on the claim Aeosmith band is conservative?

As demand for the vaccine falls, I'm thinking some celebrity PSAs are in order. For example, Chili Peppers getting shots, telling us, "What I got you got to get it put it in you.."
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Give It Away [Official Music Video]
Youtube Mr_uHJPUlO8

You could do a video with couples taking off their masks and kissing while Peaches & Herb's "Reunited" plays in the background...

Maybe a cautionary spot with Suzanne Vega's "99.9 F" or "Blood Makes Noise".

I'm sure any number of acts would be happy to help.

I've heard a smattering of Joe Perry but in the "guy in his 70s from NE with money" sort of way.  Basically just leave him the fack alone and don't take anymore of his cash.  Steven is Steven so God knows...

And Joe's not afraid of needles.  He passed put shooting morphine and woke up four hours later with the needle still in his arm.

/Aerosmith, dead to me since 1998

Renée Crawford has a long association with music therapy. Cindy Crawford has supported paediatric oncology work for many years - her young brother died from leukaemia. So while neither may be a medical scientist, both are well qualified to talk related areas. Dreadful title for a speech, though.

A huge hint that the US has decided to fight coronavirus to win will come when Fauci is replaced with someone that doesn't have a history of saying it's alright to spread transmission accelerating disinformation if doing so makes his own job that much easier.  This man will be remembered as the father of antimasking and chief enabler of those that intentionally spread this disease.

Okay, but if you're looking for someone to discuss "beauty from the inside out", it seems odd to choose someone who's world famous for beauty on the outside.

You know people can be more than one thing right?  If someone who has successfully navigated a lifetime in an industry that regularly tells it's workers (models) that they are worthless if they don't look a certain way, have a certain body fat percentage, etc. etc. etc. has something to say about the value and importance of finding beauty on the inside in the midst of all the external pressures, I feel like she probably has something worth listening to.

Pretty sure he'll be remembered as the main guy actually doing shiat to help people in an uncaring and incompetent administration just like he's now remembered as the main guy who actually tried to help during the AIDS epidemic during an uncaring administration.

Fauci downplayed the threat until the bodies were piling up in trucks parked along the streets of NYC.  He allowed Trump to warn the donor class while giving the hoi polloi the impression that this wasn't going to be a problem in the United States.  Someone else could do his job much better.

Yes I would have gone with Draw The Line.

Second choice would have been Back In The Saddle.
