How much is that being a ball hog, and how much is it the DC front office saying "feed it to Beal.  We can't win games, so give the fans *something* to cheer for and buy Beal jerseys.

How many 40 point games does it take to get favorable calls? [not many, unless you are a Wizard or other basement dweller].

I mean, he scored 8 of his 42 in the final 1:15, hitting two 3s and a dunk in three shots.

I don't think that's ball-hogging.

Just was unfortunate that the Bucks also hit everything down the stretch.

Also, the Wizards have been one of the hottest teams in the NBA over the past month or so. They won eight in a row before the last little bit and their last three losses were:

1 point to Milwaukee
1 point to Dallas
3 points (in OT) to San Antonio.

LOL, remember when it was all John Wall's fault?

Maybe, just maybe, Beal would be coming off the bench were he on any other team and prefers to rule in Hell.
