Raise your hand if you didn't do stupid shiate in your late teens/early 20's that probably should have ended with you being maimed, disfigured, or dead.

The only difference with todays kids is that they have an easy way to get paid to put it on video, whereas we did it completely for the lulz.

**raises hand nervously**

Although, to be fair, I didn't have social media growing up, and so the incentive to make an idiot of myself for the approval of strangers just wasn't there.

Why did that happen to you? Could it have anything to do with the whole "spraying of flammable material" thing?

Poor narcissist might not ever get the same amount of attention she once received after being badly burned seeking attention. What ever will she do? Here are her instagram feeds for you to find out!

Hold your hand up proud, because you are one of the few.  I was considered a good kid and even I almost burned the house down a few times.  It was in the name of science, though, I swear.

Late teens early 20's? No.

Most of that that was out of our systems by middle school.

She also wants to start a petition to get videos like the one she and her partner were trying to recreate removed from YouTube so no one else gets injured like her.

The lack of self-awareness here is stunning.  She was the one making this video, a video that would encourage other people to endanger themselves.

I was hoping for at least some acknowledgment about the ethics of filming dangerous stunts and promoting it as a fad, but all they could muster is a complaint that other people shouldn't have done what they were clearly planning to do.

It's the ones from under the table you really have to watch out for.

Although it was over in seconds, she said "it felt like a lifetime" and she kept asking Pritchard, "Is my face going to be okay? Am I going to be okay? Will you still love me?"

Seriously? On the off chance that I may/may not have done something incredibly stupid I was never once concerned with my face. I was more like, am I still alive? Do I still have 10 fingers and 10 toes? Is anything broken? Can I hide the damage before my parents get home? Can they get an ambulance out here?

We all did dumb shiat. I fired a potato cannon I made out of ABS and fueled with starting ether at least 100 times before I learned what the letters "DVW" printed on the pipe meant. Luckily via the internet and not via a face full of shrapnel.

My friends and I did stupid shiat all the time. The only thing that bugs me about these social media stunts is that they are not organic stupidity with friends. It's one thing to have one beer too many and toss a box of fireworks into a bonfire. It's another to buy the box of fireworks planning to toss them into a bonfire. Sure it's a small detail but that's the difference between murder and manslaughter.

On a certain level, I'm not surprised by this. She projects this undeniable aura of narcissism. Everything is all about her and anything is good for terms of self-promotion, even if it's a tragedy, because people will comment.

Every single thing she says is about her in some way. Will I look pretty? Will other people like me? Why are other people so mean to me?

Next up will be the transition from Instagram model and social media influencer to crusader against Internet bullying.

God I hate those people. They put themselves out in public and crave attention but only good attention. Feel free to shower them with all the compliments you want but no criticism please because anything negative is bullying.
