If they were able to pinpoint that it was Republicans then they should be able to be a bit more granular with the who and how.  Election fraud is serious.  What's going to be done about those instances?

Exactly! On whom does he have evidence of committing election fraud? Names. Name who, when, etc. Where are those persons today? In office, having gotten there by cheating somehow?

Grove was further pressed on why he didn't call out the lies that shrouded the 2020 election, and his response to that was "I can't help people believe everything on the Internet."

You can certainly stand against wild conspiracy theories and publicly repudiate the people who push those conspiracy theories.  You can certainly advocate for a public education initiative to establish confidence in elections.

So Biden won by even more.

Yeah, as opposed to what he actually DID, which was support them.  Why does he think people believed the fraud allegations?  Possibly because people LIKE HIM were pushing or somehow supporting them?

Can't wash your hands of this now, bud.

Oh my, I'm so, shocked, I can't even contain my, uh, self. I know, maybe they should pass a bunch of laws to prevent this from happening in the future, or just resort to jerrymandering, whichever comes first.

They've been paying close enough attention to know that consequences are few and far between.

Yeah, I'm getting real tired of this "Not my fault people believe that stuff" hand-washing.  It might not be your fault, but if you have the power to counter it and you choose not to, you are now a part of the problem, assholes.

Right, Republicans. But it's still election fraud. It doesn't matter who [commits] it.

Yeah, and that's why when the GOP had their ill-fated voter fraud hotline running for about a week after the election, every time I called and spun some shaggy dog story about having my vote prevented, they hung up as soon as I said I tried to vote for Biden.

Now, granted, they would still  hang up if I left that part out, but did get to the part where it turned out the poll worker I was talking to wasn't actually a poll worker, but was in fact a 20-foot tall lizard from the Paleolithic era who was asking me for 'bout tree-fiddy, but my point stands.

Blue and purple states mailed out ballots to anyone in the phonebook with absolutely no checks of validity on them.

The real reason Dems hate voter ID is because it makes it harder to cheat.

That's not it at all.

It's: "we've proved that election fraud can happen, even if it is on such a small scale that it won't actually effect any elections, but that means it can happen so we should disenfranchise people.  If it's harder to vote people won't commit fraud that has no real impact on the election anyways."

From what I've heard they've already arrested the people that did do it.

But they'll just want to disenfranchise other communities who weren't involved in it.

It's the same shiat all the pundits were doing.  It was just circular logic.

"I'm just asking questions because electorate is concerned."

"Electorate was concerned because they were just asking questions."

They'll never admit they fed into it.  They'll always say they were doing it on behalf of their "concerned" electorate.  But the electorate would've never been concerned if these big names weren't pushing it.

He didn't choose not to, he was one of the loudest voices inside PA feeding the lies.  So it was directly his fault in part along with all the other dickheads who lied.

So is the Republican strategy for 2024 to commit enough voter fraud that judges will have to throw out the results and call for new elections?
