Also, when the hell are ANY of those people going to held accountable for any of the shiat they've gotten away with so far?!

I wonder if there's a sudden need for liquidity. Can't take an apartment to a no-extradition country.

There's only two reasons someone like Kushner sells a large part of their portfolio:
1. Needs lots cash
2. Thinks the market is at or close to its peak

"The Maryland properties being sold by Kushner are part of a 2019 lawsuit brought by the state's attorney general, who claimed Westminster Management engaged in numerous "illegal and harmful" practices. The firm lied about the quality of rental units and the level of maintenance it would provide, and routinely failed to address hazardous conditions such as rodent infestations, water leaks and mold growth, Attorney General Brian Frosh said in a statement at the time."

Careful there, new landlord might just take that as a challenge.

I'm beginning to think never. The Democrats have done enough to help the people that they can safely sweep the last four years under the rug.

I like how positive subby is, assuming Kushy isn't the worst landlord

The next landlord might not be any better.

I assumed these were slumlord buildings in Baltimore City, but the article mentions Baltimore County (FYI, not the same thing: Baltimore County is the suburban county surrounding Bmore like a donut)

Looking at their website, it looks like mostly midding faux-resort type places, with a few townhouse apartments tossed in.ryland

Looks like they mostly deal in these types of places:

I wonder if they are divesting before they can be investigated by the DoJ? Or if they are free and clear of invetigation so they are flipping assets and buying into their rewards in Asia?

Isn't this how money laundering works?  This is the final step, converting to cash.
