If fewer people click on Daily Fail links in search results because it's the Daily Fail, then Google's algorithm is going to detect that and make the domain's pages rank lower in general.

I'm looking for the legal right to always appear in search results without paying the search provider and so far, I got nothing.

It's their job to manipulate search results. That's what Google search is. If you want unmanipulated search results run your own farking crawler you litigious pieces of shiat.

I hereby demand that I be given a Fark account: I'm looking for the legal right to always appear in search results without paying the search provider and so far, I got nothing.

Have unique content that doesn't exist anywhere else, you'll be the first search result.

FTFA: The owner of the Daily Mail newspaper and MailOnline website is suing Google over allegations the search engine manipulates search results.

Sorry, what? That's literally the whole point of a search engine - you find a bunch of shiat and you manipulate it into search results. It's fundamentally impossible to present web search results without manipulation.

And if they click the Daily Fail link, then say to themselves, "wtf is this awful site?", then go back and click the next site down, Google detects that too and makes that page and the domain rank lower down in general.
