E-ster.  it is just stupid and clever enough that debates will rage on about the pronunciation.  Capital E just to make it worse.

I do believe any offical civilization backed crypto needs to be called, Power Grid Coin.
Cause you only have the currency as long as you have a reliable power grid.

Whihc now that i say it, i think works.
The strength of a nation's economy, and so value of its currency, should be relative to the nation's infrastructure stability.
Cause who gives a rat's fart what the value looks like at any given sample if its all predicted on a flimsy easy to collapse propped up system of lies and bullshiat? Better to find we measure a lower but stable and hard to derail system that can better weather disaster events while losing less value from it.

My bank account works the same way.  No power, no money.

GOVERNMENT crypto is not going to be a public block chain in any case.  No government is going to give up control of its currency to a bunch of yahoos with ASICs.  They will print it, and government computers will do ALL the accounting.  They'll also know who spent the money, for what, and who got the money.  They love this new system.
