FFS. I once had a coworker who was selling chocolate under the guise of it being some sort of health food. His wife and him had probably been scammed into some stupid MLM. You gotta remember that your taste buds are tuned for high energy food. If it tastes great, it's high energy.

They are called edibles and its best to go ahead and schedule a pizza delivery if I decide to have more than one.

I ran a high-end chocolates shop in SF's Marina district (yoga pant central).

I ate dark chocolate every day, every single day walked to and from work, and nothing else added to my routine.

I lost 40 pounds in six months. Keep it at 70% or above.

/ok, the walk was to/from Outer Excelsior, but still...

Much of the 'tastes great' in chocolate is actually sugar. Darker chocolates are truly healthy.

They're oil/fat. Also, I have a big problem with everyone's misguided quest to categorize individual foods as being either healthy or unhealthy. A diet can be healthy or unhealthy. An individual morcel of something, not so much.
