It's almost as if having lawyers be responsible for sanctioning other lawyers is less than effective, isn't it?

Almost as if the entire legal and political system is irreparably corrupt, and needs to be started over again from scratch.

Dang. I hoped it was drummer smirk and he had blown through his first lawsuit money. Spent it all on fleshlights.  Thirty thousand fleshlights.  Each one with a different porn star's, uh, feature.

As Devin Nunes discovered, Steven Biss is an udder failure as an attorney.

Damn, those should have been reasonably easy suits to prove.

Someday, Farkers will begin to get the message that disbarment is a process, and usually only happens in cases of theft of client funds or fraud on the court; or after the lawyer has been suspended several times.

It doesn't happen just because you think it should.
