FTFA: but getting an adequate daily dose of greens doesn't always happen.

then you're eating wrong.

how hard is it to throw spinach in a blender with some frozen fruit? or to toss it with some garlic and olive oil?

Two things can be equally true Subs. You and the voices in your head are probably just as full of shiat as the unquoted experts in TFA.

This isn't an article, this is an ad.

Why do people keep submitting ads as articles?

If you have to "detoxify" your liver, you have some serious health issues and need to get to a doctor ASAP.

Please I give it a good flush every night with beer and rum.

Also I'm not adding plant juice to any of my drinks

Celebs such as Reese Witherspoon and Mandy Moore reportedly drink the green stuff, and recently, Kourtney Kardashian said she swears by chlorophyll drops like these.

You could've just said that up front, so I could avoid this farking "trend" like the plague.

Both beer and rum are made from plants, so in a way you are drinking plant juice. Nature wins again!

If that's not convincing, consider holistic nutritionist and health coach Kelly LeVeque's take: "If [isolated drops] make my clients drink more water, I am game."

Wow, you got a "holistic nutritionist" to comment on your vegetable juice and the best thing they have to say is "Eh, at least you got them drinking water," I think you might have failed new age nutrition in a whole new way.

Ah but I'm not adding other plant juice to my beer!

Ok so the rum gets Lime juice.

But I'm preventing scurvy.

meh, years ago I used to buy bulk spirulina powder as a protein supplement. prokaryotes/archaea/cyanobacteria also have chlorophyll in them, right?

stuff tastes nastily fishy, though. might try it again, if'n I could find a way to disguise the flavor.

I'm pretty sure the chlorophyl is the least important part of green leafy vegetables, health-wise
