It's a very strange selection of pictures for both Brenda Song and Macauley Culkin.  Actually one of the better, healthier pictures of Culkin in a long time, but that deer in the headlights picture of Brenda Song that was chosen does not reflect her well and in fact you can go and look just like I did.  No porny anything, it's just weird they'd project the two like this unless those were the only photo rights they had.  OK bye.

I like that guy. He said was approached for that stupid show about the nerds and the hot girl, and said no, because he thought it was corny. They approached him again, and he said, no really, I'm all set. "How much money is enough? I'm set. I'd be miserable doing that show. Someone else could use the money" or something like that. If he takes a project it's because he thinks it's interesting or creative, or in the case of that bad  Seth Green movie, he's helping one of his friends.

He did a couple of episodes of Red Letter media. Money clearly isn't a motivator.

Here's the headline where I get to jump in and share my "terrible actor" story about McCulkin for the third time on Fark!

His family rented my summer house after HA2 and utterly trashed it.  They had a dog that they kept locked in an interior bedroom for like a month, to the point where the animal had actually dug out like a six-inch-height oval of the bottom of the bedroom door, and a three-foot wide patch of carpet in front of it in an effort to escape.  I don't know how long they had to leave it locked up to do that, but even the wood sub-floor had been shredded. so I'm guessing a while.  They broke like 3 boogie board leashes, left toys and towels up on the farking roof, wrecked table surfaces, marked-up painted walls, and broke a bunch of shiat.  We charged them an extra months rent in security, but jesus, I'll be haunted by that dog's misery for my entire life.

Re: the dog... I don't know, but my malamute shredded a couch bed down to the metal frame in a work day (he even ate through some wood in the frame). I think the floor survived because he was too young to consider it (he was 4 months old). He has BAD separation anxiety.  Dogs can go crazy, but should be crate trained if the do, which is what I did.

"Saved" is one of my favorite "newer" movies. It skewers Fundies without mercy but you come away only hating Hillary Faye. Culkin's character was perfect for him and he did a great job. I suspect it was one of those he was interested in.

He seems to have finally shed the worst baggage from his family and found some peace.

Home Alone was such a wildly profitable and enduring smash hit that if he's getting any piece of the ongoing action from that, he shouldn't ever have to take any role he isn't excited about ever again, unless he's terrible with money. Add in whatever he's getting from the rest of his films and yeah, he can afford to pass up films.

this was the biggest shocker of my day. yes, that photo is the best i've seen of him in quite some time but who knows when it was from.

Does he have a big d!ck? i can't figure out how he has nabbed Brenda Song and Mila Kunis as partners. either that, or he is incredibly funny or cerebral (choose the reasons why).
