Not exactly car-related, but if you've watched some of the Brit car shoes, you know Jimmy DeVille.   And anything with and engine and wheels is close enough for me, anyway.

1. A 2nd vote for Vice Grip garage, but at 1.5x speed
2. Rich Rebuilds
3. Aging Wheels --- funny guy loves the weirdo cars
4. Austin Coulson (remarkable fabricator but the pandemic and a move for a new job, then that new job ending has caused him to make mostly home repair videos as they ready their new-old home for sale before another move)
5. Marty T (mostly tractor and construction equipment and off grid stuff, but he's a good YouTube mechanic)
6. Tavarish
7. Edd China's Garage Revival --- finally making regular videos. Glad to see the better half of original Wheeler Dealers back in the mix

Regular Car Reviews

2021-04-11 8:26:55 PM
1.Mustie1 --- He mostly does old VW stuff and small engine work, but every project is interesting, even a broken snowblower.
2. Aged Wheels --- He owns a Trabant, and it isn't even the weirdest car in his collection
3. m539 Restorations --- He restores all of the really desirable v12/v10/etc BMWs from the 90s and 00s
4. Deboss Garage --- Redneck Canadian engineering at its best
5. Carfection --- High-production value car reviews
6. Doug DeMuro --- Low production value car reviews ;)
7. Car Throttle --- Wacky and British
8. Garage 54 --- Wacky and Russian
9. Car61 --- Lots of good informational videos on F1tech, vintage racing designs, etc
10. RegularCars --- Basically the Mr. Plinkett of car reviews

I just recently started watching Casey Putsch's channel. He's doing a ton of custom builds, and it seems pretty interesting. I used to like Tavarish, but that white Lamborghini project made me unsubscribe...he did soooo many dumb things in that series.

Oh, and I totally forget Bad Obsessions Motorsports. They've been working on an EPIC Mini Cooper AWD rally build since...2014?

Oh, and #8. Soup Classic Motoring. This guy does stop motion of the work, peeling back a strip of rusty metal, hand fabrication and welding and flatting the replacement metal. It takes the pain out of painstaking work. He's now working on his dream Lotus Esprit

Forgot them too. But since I just found them and they are sooooo slow, I've already burned through their content. I want that CarGo project to move forward

I watch Doug DeMuro and enjoy him. Very good for car reviews, especially popular cars and crazy super cars. But what I really love is weird cars. Aging Wheels is a good one for that. Mostly about his personal car collection (Trabant, Wheego, Reliant Robin, Coda, etc) but he throws in some other weird stuff in there too.

Not watching much car stuff right now, but recently discovered Fort9 for bike stuff

Vice grip garage and Hoovies Garage. Tyler Hoover is a goofball but overall really nice guy. I think all of the car channels out of Wichita are pretty good.

I have a hard time watching Doug Demuro.
I think one day he's going to wave his arms so much he'll achieve lift-off.

I am going to look for 7). Loved Edd, and his explanations. Mike was tolerable in the early ones, but he wore on me.

Not exactly youtube, but the Motor Trend channel has Roadkill, Engine Masters, Faster With Finnegan, and others.  Very entertaining.

I like Hoovie and Car Wizard. Even the Car Wizard stuff on his boat is interesting, and I don't even own a money pit. He shows you why you shouldn't.

He "really" gets into the features of a car.

Engineering Explained has a lot of good stuff. Chainbear and Driver61 for F1 engineering stuff. Aidan Millward.
Yes, I spend too much time on YouTube. I watch a lot of auto, small engine, construction/home repair/home improvement, woodworking, tool, and restoration stuff. I am apparently easily entertained.

Cool. I had a '61 Cadillac 6229 until about 10 years ago. Bought with 12K miles, sold with 23K. Not a convertible, so VERY limited market.

Hoovie although he can be really annoying
Doug Demuro for reviews for cars that are interesting to me. he and i share alot of favorites

Cold War Motors, a bunch of guys outside of Edmonton that love mid-century domestic cars. Drinking beer and rebuilding worthless junkers. It's like my path not taken. Scott makes his own music for the show.

Mighty Car Mods, Marty and Moog modding mostly Japanese imports in Australia. Occasional feature length shows. Theirs is mostly about the love of driving. Moog writes the music.

Mustie1, just a guy who likes wrenching mostly small engines and air cooled VWs. No music.

The Doghouse, shed built custom motorcycles, somewhere in Britain.

PFI speed - for watching interesting builds being tuned on a dyno. They are converting a k24 engine into a 90/10 nitro car for one of their projects.

Vice Grip - interesting old stuff.

Cletus McFarland - was once drag car builds but has now turned more into a burn out and racing channel.

Hoonigan - was also another build show but now it's just various hype marketing.

YoungStatic. Builds/refurbs busted out early to mid 90's Honda's. I have a thing for EF chassis specifically, and he does a ton of stuff with them. He's also well known in various Honda Forums apparently, but I never spent much time on them.

Yeah, he's definitely finished my convincing that I don't need a car from Europe.

Ah yes, this lovely Bentley.  It has 85,000 miles and an inch thick stack of maintenance and repair records and needs $12,000 in repairs still.  I can't believe he sold that turd of a Type R for $15,000.
