Rand Paul's a libertarian, named after the mother of libertarian-ism.  Also, he's a clueless rich kid.

All this means he has no idea how regular people function or work.

edmo: Rand Paul, the guy who has never lied?

Rand Paul always tells the truth - as determined by the totally objectivist commission he created and serves as the only member of, which shows how truthful he is, because why else would he be on the Truth Commission?

You have a point. After all, Pyrrhus of Epirus did actually win. His wins were so costly that he ended up losing everything...but he did win.

/ in my most recent play though of Napoleon Total War, I managed to capture Paris using the Schlieffen Plan. This triggered a pretty massive rebellion. The game cheats sometimes and gave the rebels experienced soldiers. Anyway, I got as close as I ever had to losing after going to the mini-map to fight. It was down to the wire. I ended up using my general and 50 total line infantry (out of an army of 2,000) to route 4 artillery units because that was all that I had left.

Why would a rebellion under these circumstances not include a sizable contingent of the (former) regular French army?

Full powder, shot, their horses and their 6 pound artillery pieces? Were they keeping the artillery, in the barn?

Were you in a 4-year alcohol and cocaine haze during Trump's presidency, Rand? The guy lied more than 30,000 times. You voted NO on impeachment TWICE.

Go knock on your neighbor's door. I feel like it's been too long since you got your ass kicked.

Do I want socialized health care?  No, not really, if you have a better idea.

Would totally socialized health care be better than the unmitigated shiatshow we had before 2010 or the slightly-mitigated shiatshow we've had since 2010?  Yes. Our system is a disaster compared to the system in even a lot of middle-income countries.

Kind of like when you spend a lifetime writing books about the unknown ideal of capitalism, and die a welfare bum.

The GOP as a party need to be ousted for constantly lying to the American people so I'm OK with this.
