As a Norwegian(-American) I can tell you that with the exception of the pastries, which are exquisite, most Nord food is completely inedible. Especially the fish dishes. Lutefisk is perhaps the worst of the is made with LYE for crying out loud!

The one thing that might be a positive is that I am sure the French would be willing to import it for an arm and a leg!
