Pandemic Stress Eating is whispering in my ear that the article is lying and it's perfectly alright to eat another entire package of coconut cream eggs before Easter.  And that they would be especially tasty with a pint mason jar full of ice cold whole milk.

Humbly disagree. Fruitcakes, at least the ones I remember, you could build a single-storey house with. Hot Cross Buns are light, fluffy, and delicious when toasted & drowned with butter.
