This one's got some actual meaning.

There was this one time in Kansas when a tornado hit this dairy farm, and all the heifers were blown miles away to another farm.  But none of the bulls were moved.  After the crisis passed and the cows returned to their home farm, they approached the bulls out in the field to try to understand why only the females were carried away.

"It's obvious," said one of the bulls.  "We bulls wobble but we don't fall down."

This is almost certainly an inside joke/reference to the old physics joke about the spherical cow, and I legit lol'd the first time I saw that.

There are many variations of the spherical cow joke, and I won't bother to type it up, but you can find it out there on the webs.  Among certain science types it's a bit like that "The Aristocrats" joke is among comediens, and a good telling can go on for a long time, but always has the same punchline.

Now this one right here...

...is also probably a tongue-in-cheek reference to said spherical cow, with the added bonus that the theorem it's describing is - no word of a lie - called "The Hairy Ball Theorem"

I left some bread out a few weeks ago. The birds enjoyed it. Saw a bunch of blue jays, cardinals, and crows all happy and stuff.

The crows are now doing a damn annoying woodpecker impression and tapping on my roof as there is no more bread.

I could do the whole Crow War thing, but against a neighbor that pisses me off.

And most of them are pretty stupid and probably not that out there when put into context.

IFLScience is a shiatty website that I haven't clicked on in years. I thought maybe this one would be OK.
