La Fleur must have been the only person, and I do mean the only person, who didn't think it was 4 down territory.

He channeled McCarthy on that call. It was horrifying. As a Packers fan (despite s/n) I want Rodgers to get one more title before he's done. I fear it's never happening because the front office and coaching staff are bumbling jackasses.

We're not even the worst front office in the NFC North.  That said, someone needs to go find the Idiot Ball that people in Green Bay keep picking up...

What more do you want from a team that had the #1 record in the conference.

Other than that bumbling and God awful decision, where's your problem?

LaFleur not shiattcanning Pettine & the ST coach in the previous offseason is a starting point. Jordan Love is 2nd.

Pettine is gone now. And it was a D that while flawed, was just ok enough to get the best record in the NFC. It wasn't the best defense, it wasn't the worst. It came around much better towards the end of the season.

And Love was genius. 1) There will be a time after Rodgers and 2) He plays with a chip on his shoulder. It's hard to find a great WR, but making Rodgers angry by drafting his replacement certainly stepped up his game.

The article surprised me in that I couldn't understand how both coach and QB didn't already know what the plan is if that drive winds up in that position. What you say makes sense though, everyone except the coach did know what the plan was...except the coach cracked under pressure and farked everyone up.
