decades ago, I watched plenty of eye-talian exploitation films (Mario Bava, plus Barbara Steele rawr) - thanks mainly to Criterion trying to push them on dvd. and also Japanese Pinku-type films. but these days? eh, not so much.

and of course there's always the classic Rampling/Bogarde classic, Portiere di Notte.

but this one interests me, didn't realize they were up to that stuff even in the 1940s lol.
