Will there be outrage? Probably not since LSU loves to protect its football program, its cash cow, at all costs.

He was about 60 at the time? College age females are not the least bit interested in guys who are 60 years old.

It's been public knowledge that Les is a grass muncher for some time now.

True, but you know what they say about Les - he's a riverboat gambler!

The social currency that could be gained and spent towards building a (meh) "career" as an Instagram model from a well-timed Snapchat release by an attractive college co-ed of her in bed with a "successful Div-1 collegiate football coach" is nothing to sniff at.

I, an Ohio State fan, note that you, a Penn State fan, should not act as if it a problem which resides in Baton Rouge alone.

Like "ignoring an assistant coach sodomizing a teenager in the shower" kind of protect?

At LSU, no.  It was years ago, Miles is gone and so is the AD who covered it up (although he's still getting a paycheck from LSU), the last college President, etc.  Open and shut.

Meanwhile, KU will end up hiring another coach, quite possibly another AD (because apparently you're supposed to have an innate sense that some other school's AD is paying out hush money), and make a whole bunch of lawyers very wealthy in the process.

Seems vaguely imbalanced, but that's how it crumbles.
