Boeing owns Spectrolab, which has been selling super-fancy space solar cells for decades.  They pretty much sell solar cells and solar cell accessories, not big complex airplanes or space capsules  As far as I can tell, they're a small enough division to have largely escaped the culture of mismanagement that infests most of the company.
