Baseball card prices have gone bonkers again.  Another obvious sign that there is too much money sloshing around with nowhere to go.  Even 80s metal lunch box prices have suddenly shot over $200.  But that's an opinion for the business tab.

I need to drag out my McGwire rookie again and see if it's worth more than $5.

Does this mean the playing card market is overinflated, or was it previously underinflated?

I have a pristine Derek Jeter USA Baseball card from 1992, I think it's Topps Stadium Club but don't hold me to that.  I looked it up a couple of years ago, $32.  :/

Or, and here's a thought; they budgeted, saved, invested, watched their money grow... and bought something they wanted.

I know, I know... fiscal responsibility is outdated...

/...did I mention I got my Legends Moat? Only paid $950 and it's close to an 8 grade.
