(Onion AV Club)   You are not worthy of this Alice Cooper interview. Yes, it's an old joke, just deal with it...Sorry, I'm a little grumpy today. Must have a case of the Mondays, right...oh that's 20+ years old too? JFC. Look, just RTFA, it's pretty good, okay?   (music.avclub.com) divider line

Coop always has the best stories. I miss his radio show, it was pure awesomeness...

I FINALLY got to see him about 4 or 5 years ago. Smaller venue in Abilene and I had 2nd row seats what a blast! And to top it all off the entire band looked like they were having fun. I'd love to play a round of golf with him. Every article or interview I've seen about him makes him out to be a very smart and funny guy.

I've seen him twice. Once was a live dress rehearsal before he went on his Brutal Planet tour. The second time, I saw him at the Az State Fair. It was great both time. The first one was an ongoing single storyline, told form beginning to end through the music. The second show broke it up in to 3-4 song 'mini stories'. I got to meet him after the State Fair show, we won backstage passes. While waiting, I got to meet his two daughters. We probably chatted for 10-15 minutes, like we were just normal people who were chatting about normal shiat. Awesome gals. And Coop was awesome, nicest guy on the planet. Of course, I spent a lot of time in AZ, and heard from dozens of people who had run into him in one situation or another, and NOBODY ever had a bad word to say about the guy or his family.

But two of the best concerts I've seen, up there with Pink Floyd and Rush.

Didn't he look like he was just having an absolute ball? Like it was the most fun he had in his whole career.
