I hate how we don't have healthy veggie options that are convenient. There are a ton of veggie dishes I love but all anybody seems to serves is potatoes and salads. I miss casual dining just for the side of veggie with the meals.

/everytime I go to Cracker Barrel I get a large order of collard greens. Their great.

Veggies and shiat are just an accompaniment for meat.

Got nothing against veggie but if the first picture is a symmetrical plate of veggies and fruit?

Nah. That's the shiat that shot be cut, chopped and diced and served in some way with a hunk of meat.
