No folding tables will be broken today. Sad.

So basically he has been trolling Green Bay, Cleveland and Buffalo on his twitter the last few weeks.

So I guess all the "wanting to play for a contender" talk was just crap?

What's the over/under on how many games he will actually play in his two season deal?

I say 18.

@UniWatch
Uni note on JJ Watt signing w/ Cardinals: If Larry Fitzgerald comes back for another season, Cardinals would have two players wearing the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award jersey patch. No team has ever had two Payton patchers on the roster simultaneously. (h/t Alfonso Ferrari)

I can't post the Tweet itself but this is pretty cool. COME BACK, LARRY!!!!!

I'll take the under if Vegas sets it at that.  I'm guessing 14 is probably more realistic.

BAM! Out of the division.

Good for JJ, but surprised he went to AZ; not exactly the best team (right now it seems) as far as chance wise to get to the SB.

Shiat...was hoping he would end up in Green Bay. Even if he is just a situational pass rusher now, God knows they could have used him.

shiat, nm. We play the NFC West this year.

Darn, I would have liked him to go to the Steelers so he could be with his brothers. Salary cap space kept that from happening.

So... Pittsburgh West?

Wanted him in Buffalo, but not at that price.  A blatant under-market ring-chasing deal would have been about all the Bills could realistically afford without having to make major moves elsewhere.

Arizona isn't the Jets. They went 8-8 last year. If I'm Watt I'm thinking if Murray gets just a bit better in year three and I stay healthy, we are better than the Rams, Seahawks and 49ers. He's thinking the best money, the least tax, the best weather and a chance to make a run.

Watt and Hopkins for Watson, I'll take my answer off the air.

It would have been fun, that's for sure

Yes. 2 year, $31M. $23M guaranteed.

Because when you think about Super Bowl contending teams you automatically think about... the Cardinals?

/I thought he wanted to chase a ring?

Just on indicators alone Arizona was primed to be better next year than they were this year.  They're just in a very good division.  10-6 could be third place.

Cardinals lost 5 games by 1 score last season. Win just 1 of those games and they're a wild card team.
