Good for them making something valuable out of something that would go to waste.
I am not understanding the handwringing about spent grains. I have 18thcentury distilling manuals that tell you exactly how many pigs you need per barrel of whiskey produced to eat the leftover mash and how to factor selling the bacon into your accounting.
