I had a pair for years, but I just never really found the to be particulate comfortable. Even after I got them broken in, they just were not that comfortable to wear out. I was always getting small pebbles and other crap stuck under my feet.

Probably one of cheapest products to buy which is owned by them too

I was given a pair, and folks mocked me for wearing socks with them. But the leather got all sweaty if I didn't, and sticky, then tiny bits of grit would get stuck and embedded.

Then I moved, one of them got broken in the box. Never found a pair that was a better deal than Converse All Stars.

The End

P.S. I love the word Trustafarian. Living in Sonoma County for decades, I met so many of these weird hippie kids with obnoxious snobbish yuppie values. The first time I heard Trustafarian made me laugh for quite a while. The "I'm more cosmic than thou" attitude is pathetically hilarious.

But I guess I just need to wear more crystals to balance my vibes. From what I hear, it's really that simple.

I legit worked but a good 10 min set explaining how Jesus was the original Trustafarian. Decided I get enough death threats and mysterious packages I don't need to help it along.

ha.  I have a pair that's 30 years old.  the only "original" thing is the leather.  they've been resoled/recorked 2-3 times (and are due).  they've been to one legit Grateful Dead show and another, pffffft 20+ post-Jerry semi-GD shows.

I love mine. They are my outdoor slippers. Need to take the trash out, move the car, hang on the patio, run to the corner bodega? All good. Super comfy with socks lol.  I don't like them out and about for full day wear, I prefer laced shoes with more support, but for around the hood or at a campground they are bomb.
