Lumber and steel have doubled but we don't count those


If you read the site too, medical is determined by Medicare B and D payments. No one pays those prices.

No kidding. Yesterday I paid $13 for a board that was $7 last year, and less than that not all that long ago.


Got board. Im punny.

Anywho, looked at charts going back 5 years. Contract prices were at ~$200 per unit 5 years ago, today they are $1007 per unit. Annualized rate of about 37%.
