OMG.

Huh, I would have thought late-career Jason Kidd might have done it.

*checks*

Got pretty close in the 2010-11 season.

I would have guessed Fat Lever.

Who apparently scored WAY more than I remember him scoring.  I must be thinking of someone else.

Green? Hard pass.

My ongoing efforts to have the NBA add Nut Shots to their statistical categories have yet to pay off, though I refuse to be discouraged and victory will be mine in the end.

You would figure that Rodman or Ben Wallace would have done that also, but I guess not

The 40% FG is the real atrocity.  Especially in the modern NBA.  I know we're supposed to see him as some sort of "hustle guy" that does all the intangibles, but as Woody referenced, his career highlight reel is pretty much just all the people he'shiat in the nuts.  I get that a team as offensively stacked as GSW needs one defensive-oriented meathead that doesn't care about scoring, but 40% FG is gonna be a dealbreaker if it keeps up.

You might be thinking of Wallace's free throws.  Wallace played eighteen years in the NBA.  For fifteen of those years, his field goal percentage was higher than his free throw percentage.  That's amazing.

Well, when the bulk of your shot attempts are within 2 feet of the rim, and you have a 0 range rating for anything outside 5 feet, that's gonna happen.

Calling him a defensive-minded meathead tells me you don't watch Warriors games regularly. Where exactly do you think he's getting all those assists?

Twice in the last week or so he's told Steve Curry to challenge foul or out of bounds calls and twice he's been right. Things like that don't show up on stat sheets. Below is one against the Knicks where he dogged the ref afterward and actually got him to smile. Don't see that happen often.

Fair point on the assists.  But another thing that shows up on the stat sheets is losing a game because you got a double tech for "dogging the ref".

He's got a triple double tonight including a career high 17 assists. Fourth quarter hasn't even started yet. I guess he read your post.

He got another ref to smile tonight. I don't know what's got into him.
