Only Zack Snyder can capture the dark gritty violence that is the Milli Vanilli stiry.

It's just as well. The real Milli Vanilli are too old to be in the movie now so they would have had to hire actors to play their parts.

The scene where Milli snaps Rick Astley's neck is going a bit too far IMO.

Having watched the Behind the Music episode on these guys, I fail to see what more could be conveyed in a longer and commercial free format.

This.

His name was Robert Pilates. And after the whole lip-syncing debacle, his life went straight to hell. He tried to commit suicide several times before dying from an "accidental" overdose of alcohol and prescription drugs.

The lip-syncing scandal was stupid. But the cost of it was way too high.

He tried to kill himself several times?  That is so sad, he couldn't sing, he couldn't kill himself, did he have any talents?

And why didn't they just give the Grammys to the guys who actually sang?
It's all about the music, right?
