NINEv2: Pretty fish, but I've heard that lake trout aren't good eating.

The big ones are old apex predators, so toxin concentrators.  Combine that with the high lead and mercury levels in the water of a reservoir and you basically have fish-flavoured heavy metals.

Small lake trout are ok tasting, but nothing special compared to some freshwater fish.

H31N0US: I've always been creeped out by the animal head on the wall vibe. Trophy hunting in general doesn't impress me.

If I build a lodge, I'll decorate it with books, guitars, keyboards, drums, parlor games, a wet bar and walk in keg cooler. And also drugs.
