looks like a disgruntled ex might be involved. and a mommy at that.
I just need all the electronic babby sitting stuff, and babby mementoes and this hear "Live, Laugh, Love" wooden plaque on authentic barn board. And the dishes.

And this ashtray

I'd question the person who was on duty when they were unloading the stuff into the storage.
Sounds like a decent haul and I'd assume someone tipped them off.

No, that's very unlikely to be new. Most of them have been used for months in unsanitary situations. You'll find that usually sex and very young children were involved.

I was related to a professional picture framer once upon a time, and the things people would bring in to have framed at great expense was, frankly, shocking. Umbilical cords were one of those things.

And when I say great expense, I mean it. Having things professionally framed ain't cheap. When it's of unusual size, shape, or description, the price goes higher.

And no, I don't know why anyone would keep such a thing. You have to wonder what other biological waste they saved for sentimental reasons.

You are so important to us, we block the shiat out of you...

EU passed a privacy law a year or two back that many US websites at the time didn't comply with.  So, some put up a blocking page like this while they reprogrammed their websites to comply (hence the wording).  However, they should be farking done by now.  Maybe they forgot, or maybe they never intended to comply.

I know... I work in the biz, I'm a web developer, but like you said... its been over two years... they've had time to comply...

All the (STUPID) GDPR laws say is that you can't track people without their consent... which ALL web-pages do anyway...

My best guess is that its easier to just block any traffic that doesn't come from the good ol' USA.

Also cheaper... why pay for bandwidth for traffic that is not going to make a purchase at the local Billy Bob Bait & Tackle that you run ads for on your website?
