2002-02-06 08:21:16 AM
happy birthday to the man who's adminstration made the schools accept ketchup as a vegetable. Way to take care of your country Ronnie. I still firmy belive Reagan thought he was making a movie during his entire adminstartion. Just another of DeMille's massive productions. "Well, what is happening in the evil empire subplot Cecil."

yoyoyo: happy birthday to the man who's adminstration made the schools accept ketchup as a vegetable

better than being the man who's administration made the scholls accept F's as passing grades because it might make the kids feel bad about themselves. Clinton was the greatest wasnt he? long live the liberal psyche eh?

Happy Birthday Ronnie. You are the greatest American President.
2002-02-06 08:35:01 AM

2002-02-06 08:49:01 AM
Its not polite to talk smack about someone who can no longer defend themself.

Reagan is certainly an interesting President to study, well, his administration is anyway. Its too bad he just couldn't handle a second term, mental illness is a farking nightmare.
And it is interesting how rabidly his legacy is debated.

Happy Birthday Mr. Reagan, I hope you are living comfortably.
2002-02-06 08:52:54 AM
Like Robin Williams said, Regan was Jim Hensons last wish.

HENSON: *cough*make a president*cough*

MICKEY MOUSE: Come on boys lets go, goofy you can be secretary of the interior!

GOOFY: Hyuk!
2002-02-06 08:53:59 AM

2002-02-06 09:05:09 AM
His policies did increase the gap between the rich and the poor in this country, more people were homeless than ever before. And for such a moral administration, there were plenty of scandals to go around (Iran-Contra anyone?)

On the other hand, his diplomatic policies ended the cold war, when he realized that outspending the Soviets was the way to end the standoff. Truly the American Way won out!

He also exceeded expectations in dealings with the USSR, especially Gorbachev. He could have put more pressure on Mikhail from 86 to 88, but held back, allowing Gorbachev the freedom to push his reforms without being called a Western puppet by the people of the USSR.

A mixed bag, but as a Democrat, I have to give him a thumbs up overall.

Happy Birthday President Reagan.
Thank you.
2002-02-06 09:06:04 AM
Hey anybody, know any funny "old man" jokes? Cause like he was old. Hey, anybody know any Republican or conservative jokes? Cause like he was Republican and yeah he was like conservative. That would be like so funny if someone could come up with some funny jokes about Reagan.
2002-02-06 09:07:34 AM

Maybe Heston will be at Ronnie's party. They can both sit around, babbling semi-coherently, and drool on themselves. What a great time!!

Best Reagan role ever:

If he dies today, I get double points in my dead pool. Does anyone have the reaper's pager number?
2002-02-06 09:48:36 AM
A very happy b-day to him. The first president I ever got to vote for. Let the liberals whine about the economy. It was so much better with the double digit inflation/interest (aka misery index). I long for the day when every day you couldve woken upn to the headlines, "soviets invade ????". I fondly remember the times we would mope around in our self pity, cynicism and apathy towards our country. Yep, Reagan was a terrible president. To this day, our economy is oppressing lazy nonworkers and allowing evil rich people (who pay the vast majority of taxes) a free ride. Lets assume that Reagan was a bumbling idiot with Alzheimer's since he was 20. He still did more for our country and the world than than eight years of blow jobs, spotlight grabbing, posturing, poll following that the recent poor excuse for an honorable man did. I kinda feel better now. Im sure though, the libs will remind my how clueless, evil, inhumane and incapable of independant thought I am. While reminding me of all that, enjoy the country that Ronnie built- he did it because it was the right thing to do, whether you appreciate it or not.
2002-02-06 10:06:26 AM
Happy Birthday, Ron!

And 1000Airplanes, I'll buy you a beer when I see you.
2002-02-06 10:11:01 AM
I hope the asswipe lives to 200 and suffers every second.
2002-02-06 10:11:56 AM
I hear he got monogrammed Depends.
2002-02-06 10:13:07 AM
Ah, the Washington Times. You can't even use it as toilet paper.
2002-02-06 10:13:37 AM
Reagan was the right man at the right time. God Bless Him.
2002-02-06 10:16:46 AM
"Poor poor rich people." Look at it this way, you unemployed farkers, and I know there's lots of you, won't be getting an extension on your and your family's medical insurance. Your company won't be getting any incentives to invest in themselves, which likely would lead to you getting your laid off ass back to work. All because Daschle is ready to sacrifice your future and your economy to improve his chances in the next election.

You are truely clueless if you think this bill was just for the rich 1%.
2002-02-06 10:17:13 AM
Hero? Are you kidding?

He sold out everyone but the rich and the Contras for the sake of cramming right-wing extremism down the throats of a red-scared public. fark him, I hope he's incontinenet on his special day.
2002-02-06 10:18:34 AM
The greatest President since FDR deserves not only our respect but our admiration.

I would like to ask fellow conservatives not to take the flamebait and use this thread to rip Clinton. That is what the liberals want. Don't give in. This is our day. Let them look stupid.

Happy Birthday, Mr. President.
2002-02-06 10:19:12 AM
