Also, random side-topic, was just looking and I noticed the 1920 Olympics article on Wiki doesn't even mention the 1918 pandemic, even though it apparently lasted at least that long... odd.

I think the biggest problem with the 2020 Olympics is that 2020 is over. Hell its been over for a month now.

The 2021 Olympics still have a chance.

My hot take: vaccinate everyone involved and have the Olympics.

The world could use a three week distraction of global silly sports competitions.
