As a cable cutter (and a person under the age of 80), it's always shocking to see him on GMA every once in a while and realize he's an actual TV talking head, not a football player. It's like if you woke up one day and saw Carrot Top on CNBC or something.

He was seriously one of the fiercest lineman in NFL history. He was Lawrence Taylor V 2.0 and I loved watching him play.

Now, he's learning how to needlepoint on live tv. lol

I remember Strahan as Destroyer of Backfields, Lord of Quarterback Lamentations, and The Guy That Lets Lesser Manning Share His Owls.

My wife loves him because he is a non-threatening black dood with a cute gap in his teeth.   No idea he even played football.

I hope he gets better.

I certainly don't wish him illness, but DAMN this guy is annoying on TV.  And he's on EVERYTHING.  He must have the world's most amazing agent.
